I had this dish some time after the pandemic years (ya know, that year we were all lining up to get our vaccines). My first time having a Carbonara dish. It was amazing! 👏 I even went online to get a recipe to make it at home and I must say it was comparable to what Peterlin's served me. Let's face it, how can you go wrong with BACON 😋

This is my husband's favorite item. We travel over 45 minutes to get this sandwich at least once per month. Peterlin's food is always good. I haven't had anything on the menu I don't like.

The pot roast reminds me of dinner at mom's, but mom couldn't cook like Zach! The pot roast is perfect every time, tender and juicy. Adding the horseradish sauce only makes it better. Together with roasted potatoes and carrots, it's a great cold weather meal.
